Purchases and Payment
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Pricing
All Prices in ZAR
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed
Pricing Errors
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full
Payment
We accept payment through:
- PayFast: Credit cards, debit cards, and Instant EFT via our secure payment gateway
- Manual EFT: Direct bank transfer with proof of payment required
Payment is due at the time of purchase. For EFT orders, goods will be dispatched only after payment confirmation.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Violation of these Terms
Shipping and Delivery
FREE Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to anywhere in South Africa, with no minimum purchase required. You can also choose FREE store collection at checkout.
Delivery Options
- Home Delivery: FREE delivery to your door (2-5 business days depending on location)
- Store Collection: FREE pickup from our Johannesburg store (ready within 24 hours)
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of Loss
For home delivery, risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed to the courier.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, or if you are unavailable to receive the package, you may need to collect from the courier depot or additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products. Products must be:
- Returned in original, unopened packaging
- In resalable condition with all accessories and documentation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened games, software, or digital content
- Digital download codes that have been revealed or redeemed
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items damaged due to misuse or customer error
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to reflect the credit.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMING GORILLAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or R1,000 (one thousand South African Rand), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gaming Gorillas, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through the following process:
Informal Resolution
Contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We'll work in good faith to resolve the issue.
Mediation
If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
Arbitration
Any remaining disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA).
Venue
Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of South Africa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
- Sending an email notification to registered users
- Displaying a prominent notice on our website
Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our Services.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gaming Gorillas regarding the use of our Services.
Severability

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
