Someone must be available to sign for the delivery. If you're not available, the courier will leave a collection card.
ID Verification
Valid ID may be required for high-value items. The recipient's name should match the order details.

You have the right to inspect the outer packaging before signing. Report any visible damage to the courier immediately.
Common Questions
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us immediately with your order number and new address.
What if I miss my delivery?
The courier will leave a card with collection instructions. You can arrange a re-delivery or collect from the nearest depot.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes! Select "Store Collection" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup from our Johannesburg store (usually within 24 hours).
