Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value:
- Orders over R1,500: FREE shipping
- Orders under R1,500: R99 standard shipping
- Express Shipping: R199 (1-2 business days in major cities)
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the courier's website. We partner with leading South African couriers for reliable delivery.
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Some remote rural areas may experience longer delivery times. Contact us if you're unsure about delivery to your area.

Payment Methods

All online payments are processed securely through PayFast's encrypted payment gateway.
Absolutely! We use PayFast, South Africa's leading payment gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant and uses 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
When selecting EFT at checkout, you'll receive our banking details and a unique reference number. After making the payment at your bank:
- Use your order number as the payment reference
- Send proof of payment to gaminggorillas@outlook.com
- We'll confirm payment and process your order within 24 hours
Currently, we don't offer cash on delivery. However, you can use PayFast's Instant EFT option for immediate bank transfers, or do a manual EFT and send proof of payment.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be:
- In original, unopened packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Free from any damage or signs of use
Software, downloadable content, and opened games cannot be returned due to licensing restrictions.
To initiate a return:

- We'll provide you with return instructions and an RMA number
- Ship the item back to us (shipping costs may apply)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary, typically taking 3-5 additional business days to reflect in your account.
We're sorry if this happens! Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free collection and send a replacement or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs. All products come with a manufacturer warranty for defects.
